| Our blackberry plantings are designed for high quality direct market. We take the time to specially trellis our blackberry canes so that the fruit is more abundant and easier to pick. Our varieties include Kiowa and Arapaho Leah and Ken Sztraky started Sztraky Farms in 2001, paraphrasing Texas's Blue Bell Ice cream, "eat all we can and sell the rest ". We have slowly grown from a few blackberry plants to over 1000 plants. Our goal is to provide fresh fruit , jams and juices whose outstanding full flavor is an nature ripened rather than the store bought taste.
