BLACKBERRY CAKE
3 cups self-rising flour
1 C. unsalted butter or margarine
2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups blackberries
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10x4-inch tube pan.
2. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat in eggs.
3. Add flour and mix until well combined. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fold in blackberries. Spoon batter into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cake
separates from pan and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Cool on a wire rack
