Sztraky Farms animals are never overcrowded, are exposed to very little stress, have plenty of fresh air, clean water and sunshine. Receive no growth hormones and feed off pastures that are free from chemicals. All our animals have access to grass in their daily diets. Our animals have their diets supplemented with Sztraky Farm custom grain rations. Our custom rations are mixed to our specifications and are formulated to maximize the health of the animal. We take orders for lambs year round contact us for availability. We will take your lamb to the local butcher for you at no extra charge. Our butcher can custom cut , package , vacuum seal an freeze each cut for you. You can then pick up your meat at the butcher in about two weeks. A lamb carcass is about half the weight of a live one, with cut yields half the live weight . We have found that any way one can prepare beef so can lamb be prepared.
